After working with beginner animators in Malaysia for six months, I have a bunch of ideas for tutorials. There's stuff to cover regarding basic Flash workflow tricks, creating Flash friendly characters, setting up your scene in Flash to animate, approaches to animating a Flash character, effectively using embedded symbols and the list goes on and on.
I can cover these in any order so if you have a preference, post a comment. Also if there's something you'd like to be covered, let me know.

Just ran across your blog. Thanks for taking the time to pass this type of info along. I'm just getting aquainted with flash (I currently work in after effects and the ole pencil and paper) I would love to see workflow tricks and stuff about setting up characters for flash. All the topics you mention seem great.
yeah either ither matey =) iv been chasing tutorials like these, but i mostly find the bear basics of flash, like tweening a cicle from a to b haha, looking forward to seeing how you setup up a flash friendly character =) along with all the others mentioned
